This was a recommendation from @iancheung over the weekend, and I’ve had CAN on my “To Listen To” list for eons now. I had first heard of this band (as well as their lead vocalist Damo Suzuki) when Damo was touring his Network project through Calgary a few years back. Some old friends were chosen to meet at the appointed venue on the appointed date, and take part in some “Instant Composing” with Damo. Seat of your pants improvisational rock, with one of the founding fathers of various genres? Sounds like a gem of an idea.
